Who provides electricity in St. George, Utah?

Is my St. George home on city power or Dixie Power?
The city states that the area south of the Virgin River, including Bloomington, Bloomington Hills and Little Valley, is served by Dixie Power, and Dixie Power also names SunRiver. Can a Tesla Powerwall 3 run a well pump or air conditioner?
Often, yes, and it is decided by the nameplate, not a guess. Powerwall 3 delivers 11.5 kW of continuous power and is rated for 185 LRA motor starting. Ask Solar Mike reads the nameplate and confirms the design at site verification.
How many Powerwalls does a St. George home need?
